Ingredients
6 slices raisin bread
Low fat butter
Flavored Greek yogurt
Blueberries and strawberries ( to garnish )
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 180’ c
Using a rolling-pin roll the bread slices until thin. Using a glass cut out circles out of bread slices
Place circles in muffin tray and brush with low-fat butter
Bake in oven for 10 mins or until bread is crisp.
Remove from oven. Let it cool
Put yogurt in the crisp bread baskets and garnish with berries.
