Mango seedy smoothie

Ingredients 1 banana 1 mango 300 ml orange juice 4 spoon Low fat yogurt 1 spoon chia seeds   Directions Scoop out the mango flesh. Blend mango + banana together until pulpy. Add juice + yogurt + seeds to the blender and blend again for 2 mins. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
