Ingredients :
2 medjool dates
2 bananas
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup spinach water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions :
Soak dates in warm water for 5 mins to soften.
Add spinach, fruit, and powder to the blender, then add dates.
Pour water in small increments and blend between each pour to get the desired consistency. (You can always add more but not less)
Add toppings! Ex. Banana, hemp seeds, walnu
And enjoy the banana protein bowl..
