Protein french toast

Ingredients

7 egg whites + 1 whole egg

3 tbsp milk

1/4th teaspoon cinnamon powder

½ scoop vanilla flavor whey protein

1 banana

6 slices whole grain / multi grain bread

 

Directions

In a blender add eggs + milk + cinnamon + protein and half banana. Blend until smooth .

Pour the blended mixture in a bowl.

Soak bread in the mix for 10 mins

Brush some olive oil or low fat butter on a pan and cook the soaked bread for 2 mins each side before flipping.

Put the toast on a plate and garnish with sliced banana and drizzle honey on top.

Serve and njoy.
