Bana-Berry smoothie

Ingredients

2 bananas

1 cup milk

100 gms blueberry

5 almonds + 5 walnuts

1 scoop vanilla flavor whey protein

 

Directions

Blend milk + banana + berries in a blender for 5 mins

Add walnuts + almonds + protein in the blender and blend for 2 more mins.

Pour in a glass add ice and serve
