Classic spanish salad

Ingredients

2 onions dice

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp saffron

½  can kidney beans

1 capsicum

100 grams feta cubes / 1 shredded chicken breast

 

Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan and saute onion, saffron, beans for 10 mins. Add capsicum and cook for 5 more mins

Pour from pan to a bowl add 1 spoon apple cider vinegar add feta cubes / chicken.

Serve and njoy.
