Tofu and broccoli salad

Ingredients

½ tomato ( chopped )

2 cup broccoli floret

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 cup firm tofu

2 cloves garlic

3 tbsp fresh ginger

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sesame seeds

 

Directions

Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 mins.  Drain the water and rinse with cold water

In a pan heat sesame oil , add tofu, garlic, ginger.  Saute for 5 mins.

Add soy sauce in the same pan. Cook for 2 mins more.

Add broccoli and tomato and tofu in a bowl drizzle honey over salad, sprinkle sesame seeds.
